Andreea Novac proposes a series of direct and intuitive encounters with movement, dance, the body. The contemporary dance workshops, which will be organized in February and March, approach the body as an open space to explore, a space that can surprise and can surprise us. We will be guided by imagination, sensitivity and creativity to discover what is profoundly personal, unique and unrepeatable in our way of moving. And we’ll dance a lot!

Workshops are structured in 2 modules:

↠ 16  – 17  – 18 February

↠ 9 – 10 – 11 March

Although the workshops are cumulative, participation in one is not conditioned by attendance at the other two.
Fee: 70 lei | module

Deadline: 7th of March

These workshops also bring all the benefits of the complex physical exercise that contemporary dance implies: better awareness and use of one’s own body, correction of eventual postural mistakes, coordination elements, placement, balance, overall an improved physical and mental condition. We’ll be lighter, more flexible, more energetic!
