If you want to exercise in a fun environment, you are invited to Afro Aerobic! African outdoor dance accompanied by live drums will help reactivate the Railroad Park – Parcul Feroviarilor.
The workshop involves an expressive, energetic and playful dance style that encourages communication between movements and live rhythms.
You will have the opportunity to get to know yourselves better as you will devote attention to nonverbal processes.
Participation is free. We recommend comfortable clothes.
Participants of all ages are welcome, regardless of dance experience.
After the workshop stay for a healthy snack and discussions.

Diana Luiza Mocăniţă: Conscious dance enthusiast, psychologist and combined arts worker, practicing African dances to highlight human qualities. Diana facilitates African dance workshops, self-knowledge workshops and personal development through movement. She attended African percussion classes, African dance classes and psychotherapy through movement and dance.
